A product of extensive training in the US and London, and with years of professional experience, Geoffrey offers the unique perspective of a working actor. His focus is on process, and a text-based approach toward the work which is informed by down-to earth practical business insight. His students gain a strong acting foundation that can be applied to all styles and mediums, and strategies for dealing with the ever-changing landscape of the industry.
Geoffrey has been teaching and coaching actors of all levels for over 30 years throughout the country including Virginia, New Orleans, New York City and the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center (NYTI) in Connecticut.
He spent three years as Artistic Director and Artist in Residence for the JCC Association’s Maccabi Artsfest, an international youth arts festival which brought high school-aged artists from all over the country together to learn from professionals, and which culminated in a combined showing of work and talent from the full range of disciplines.
